It's unfortunate that the item I originally wanted to purchase was canceled. I called Everyday Yoga to ask why the order was canceled. The person was nice and tried to find another pair of leggings that were comparable. I was extremely clear that I cannot wear anything with an elastic band on the waist. Customer service was adamant that Prana does not use elastic in their waistbands- this proved to be incorrect. Now I have leggings I do not want and have to decide if I want the hassle returning the item to the company. Very annoying -you can't see in the photos whether or not there is elastic at the waist, so she seemed to be just guessing. She tried but ultimately, customer service simply wanted to sell me something instead of accepting that they were unable to provide what I was looking for. I would have much rather have not bought anything.
