I have four pairs of these shorts. I love them because they're lightweight and versatile. I use them as sleep shorts and workout shorts when I'm traveling. They run very large (S/M) so it covers well and I feel like I can move freely without constantly having to pull down my shorts. If you're lifting your legs higher than 90 degrees, you'll need biker shorts underneath.
