I love my oils, i have a necklace that i just put 3 or 4 drops in, in the morning and keeps me soothed all day. I use the sleep one in my diffuser and i haven't slept this good in a long time. The only thing that isn't great about it, is that if you tip the bottle a little too much there will be extra drops that come out
