I have scoliosis and my physical therapist suggested that I use some kind of rolled object to help counter-bend my spine. This works perfectly!

Quality FAR exceeded my expectation. Love these pillows and hope to add to my collection of them. Length was listed however at 34 inches but is actually only 13.5 inches long. That makes more sense I guess as a neck pillow but initially was thinking I would get a 34 inch pillow which I was planning to pack around the sides during restorative or sleep.
