Had you guys sent me the roller is pictured in the website description, I would have loved it because that is the one I already have. However, after about 10 years of use it is starting to break. The NEW model is terrible. The updated design does not roll smoothly and, worse, painfully digs into the back. This plays out like a "bait-and-switch."
