This is the 2nd chair I have had like this. My chiropractor recommended it for lower back pain and it has helped tremendously evidently when the core engages, the back releases some. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the pump that came with it was broken and they could not send out a replacement pump and the chair was out of stock and they could not replace.
