I had expected these to be more flexible than they are. I can use them for stretching behind my back but not necessarily for some of the stretches shown in the instructional photos that came with the rings.

I bought these to help with stretching, especially for cow face posture. They work great for that, but I wish there were instructions for other postures. The description says it is made of Plastic / Silicone. I thought they would be softer. They are hard plastic. Also one is shiny and the other is dull finish leading me to think these were not initially a pair. I will keep them and will maybe wrap them in something softer, but I am a little disappointed.
