These work well for restorative yoga. I bought two and filled them to full capacity with play (sandbox) sand using a kitchen funnel. I like that the outer cover is made of cotton rather than synthetic material. The handles make them easy to carry.

I love these sand bags. Great quality. The fabric handles make them manageable to carry several at one time for transport. Am thinking of buying more and filling with flax seeds for a lighter variation.

I have yet to fill these so I gave a 4 out of 5 stars. I am pleased with the quality of fabric, double zippers and hand strap. Once filled, with 7lbs of rice, buckwheat, & lavender filling. I hope to find that the strap will carry with no problem. That would be a 5 star!
