Using this rating space as a way to complain about how frustrating this company has been for me lately. Firstly, for the last two orders I placed, I never received an order confirmation email but my card was charged. The first order, containing this item, did arrive but I had zero communication from Everyday yoga throughout the whole process. For the second order, it has been a nightmare. They claimed my order was delivered but it came out to be that the delivery driver threw my package on top of the package locker instead of putting it inside the locker like they were supposed to. I have been arguing with a litany of sales reps for over a month now and they keep making horrendous mistakes and acting completely unprofessional. Latest update is that they emailed me claiming I should get an email confirmation of a replacement order but instead they sent me a return request for only half the shipment. How am I supposed to return an order that was stolen at the negligence of your delivery carrier? I’ve bought a lot of items from Everyday Yoga but once they correct this mistake, I will probably never buy from here again.
