Arrived in excellent condition. The lines really help aligning. I have hardwood floors. I put a large foam mat, than this one on top. It feels really good almost like a tennis court that way. Directly on the hardwood floor is a little too hard for me.

I love the body map on this mat. At first I was sceptical about it but now when I workout on other mats, I find myself missing the little visual cue. It's very practical and keeps you well centered. Although it is a 6mm mat it is rather hard and it takes some getting used to or maybe even adding a little extra knee pad here and there for certain bone areas!

I’ve only been using this mat for about a month and the alignment parts are already fading and there are chunks of it breaking off when I’m practicing. I’ve used cork mats before without this problem so I don’t know what’s wrong.
