Very grippy! I love that it’s all natural. I bought it on sale - good value!
I should have looked closer at the dimensions. It’s a bit narrow. I prefer a wider mat.

Pretty mat, but it feels weird to the touch. It was unpleasant during a stickier class. Unfortunately because it was purchased final sale, I gave it away. I wanted to like it because it was a good deal compared to the more expensive recommended brands, and I liked that it was eco friendly. In hindsight I should have just gone for the manduka originally (which now I did)!

So- here I am adding another review to make it up!
I’ve owned the complete unity yoga mat for over 10 months, and I got another one already just for the convenience of having them in different locations!
Absolutely love the material, it’s very grippy without being sticky. It provides enough padding for me and it’s absolutely gorgeous :)
Initially I was disappointed with the width being narrow, compared to what I was used to, but I now see they have updated width in new versions from 24” to 26”
More reason to love! I tried manduka, jade, and other natural rubber yoga mat, yet this one is my favorite so far.
