I normally wear a Medium with plenty of room. This is body hugging which perhaps it is meant to be but fits me more like a small... not loose.

Nice looking shirt w very lightweight materials BUT not true to size. I'm a mens size 40 and the shirt is way too small although listed as a medium. Will return and get an extra large at this point.
