I’ve been practicing Bikram since 06, and Vinyasa recently. I am a profuse sweater. Halfway into breathing I am already soaked. By the time 90 minutes is over the mat is drenched and there was ZERO slipping. I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am. This is the perfect mat for me. Only need a hand towel for Rabbit pose. It’s just the right amount of cushion. Great length. Not bulky when rolled. Only hitch is you have to wash it in a washing machine with NO agitator, which I have. I wash and hang the mat after every practice 3x per week. Highly recommend. Even bought one for my husband and now my daughter.

I’ve had this mat for 7+ years and it’s held up to all kinds of abuse. Great for hot yoga, also hatha and yin. Not dealing w a towel is a huge plus. I have not needed to mist it - sweat is more than sufficient. This mat has earnest instructions telling me not to machine wash/dry it… anyhow, I live in a cold place and spray/air dry isn’t realistic for 5 months of the year. So I delicate / cold wash it with Ovation & put it in the dryer on low with a towel, and it’s been fine for me.
