Great mat!!! Like all mats if your palms are sweaty, you will slide. However, this mat is superior to any other mat because of its thickness. Much easier on the wrists and knees. Highly recommend.

I bought this to do yoga, no where in the listing was it mentioned this is not a mat for yoga :( when I opened the box the plastic around the mat had a sticker that said it was meant for basic exercise and was NOT meant for yoga.... super lame that the listing on their website did not specify the intended uses for this mat.
