The California Privacy Rights Act (the "CPRA") requires us to disclose certain information related to our privacy practices. This California Privacy Notice supplements the EverydayYoga.com Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") to meet our disclosure requirements under California law. This California Privacy Notice is effective as of June 20, 2024, and applies only to residents of California. "Personal Information" is defined in the Privacy Policy. However, the definition of "Personal Information" under the CPRA differs from this definition. As used in this California Privacy Notice, "Personal Information" refers to "information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household."

Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose certain information about how we have handled your Personal Information in the prior 12 months including the:

- (ii) categories of sources from which we collected your Personal Information;
- (iii) the purposes for collecting your Personal Information;
- (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we shared Personal Information; and
- (v) the specific pieces of Personal Information that we collected about you.
Right of Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information we have collected from you. This right may be subject to certain conditions and limitations under applicable law.
Right of No Retaliation: We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising your rights under the CPRA.
Right of Correction: You have the right to correct inaccurate Personal Information.
Right To Opt Out Automated Decision-Making Technology: You have the right to access information about and to opt-out of automated decision-making technology.
Right to Opt Out From Sharing: You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
