Yoga Flow for Hip Expansion

This 35-minute yoga sequence focuses on opening the hips. We flow through Warrior poses and standing balances before sinking to the ground for major league hip expansion. Option to come into Compass Pose or stretch the hips in one of the variations that lead into that pose. We end with a brief meditation to leave you open and relaxed.
