Day 4 Hips Hamstring Stretches
This class targets piriformis and the hip rotators which we worked yesterday. It's also just the perfect stretch for a lazy day -- the whole class takes place on the floor. Access your hips, hamstrings and biceps in this gentle, seated practice. A bolster, cushion or pillow can be helpful to sit up on during the hip stretches.
