Day 19 - Low Ab Workout | Yoga for Your Low Abs & Arms (35-Min)

 

Deeply work your core in this sequence which fuses Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga. Our focus throughout class is the low abs. We activate this area by alternating dynamic movements with static holds in a Vinyasa-style sequence. Next we transition to seated Kundalini breathwork, performing fiery pranayama in order to further strengthen the abdominals. We conclude with a series of intense Kundalini practices to sculpt our arms and supercharge our energetic body. A strengthening, empowering practice!
